Supreme Court (SC) on Friday held its petition on the audit appeal to recorded by the Nirbhaya Case December 16 gangrape and kill case death row convicts, Pawan (22), Vinay Sharma (23) and Mukesh (29). In any case, the zenith court today allowed three weeks time to the fourth convict, Akshay Kumar Singh (31), for documenting an audit request of regarding the case.

The issue is being heard by the zenith court seat headed by Chief Justice of India Justice Dipak Misra, Justices R. Banumathi and Ashok Bhushan. The convicts had tested the Delhi High Court arrange which had condemned them to the hangman’s tree, in the wake of naming the December 16 episodeof Nirbhaya Case as a “rarest of the uncommon” case.
